We offer a full no quibble money-back guarantee on all our goods, should any be found to have faults. We will offer a replacement at no cost to the customer or your money back -excluding incorrectly ordered items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges can not be offered for any opened and used products for hygiene reasons. If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us within the 7 working day period after delivery of your products for a full refund or exchange. We will issue you a full refund to your debit/credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date if the product is still in its original sealed package and it has not been opened or used.
If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of an online Hairrazors web-site credit. A full refund would be made within 30 days from cancellation provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your bank or credit card provider will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact our Customer Services at orders@hairrazors.com.
We regret that we are unable to refund original postage & packaging costs. Any damaged or defective items would be replaced without charge and the cost of return postage refunded. Please keep proof of postage when returning any items to us. Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it, and enclose your details and the reason for the return.
