Delivery Charges mainland UK

There is a standard charge of £2.50 postage and packing plus 50p per additional item (Except Electrical Items) or an option to choose Royal Mail Standard parcels delivery which are insured.

Electrical items will have postage determined by weight and sent by Royal Mail Standard parcels which are insured.

Delivery Worldwide

We only deliver to the UK.

Delivery Times

Delivery of products (stock items) will normally be made within 2-3 working days from clearance of payments. We do however make every effort to have goods shipped the same day if made before 12:00 noon.

Any dates we specify for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and should allow up to 28 days for despatch of the goods.

Risk

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages, or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Time Limitation For Notification of Claims

Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days by e-mail.

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days by e-mail.

Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.


Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges can not be offered for any opened and used products for hygiene reasons. If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us within the 7 working day period after delivery of your products for a full refund or exchange. We will issue you a full refund to your debit/credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date if the product is still in its original sealed package and it has not been opened or used.

If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of an online Hairrazors web-site credit. A full refund would be made within 30 days from cancellation provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your bank or credit card provider will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact our Customer Services at orders@hairrazors.com.

We regret that we are unable to refund original postage & packaging costs. Any damaged or defective items would be replaced without charge and the cost of return postage refunded. Please keep proof of postage when returning any items to us. Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it, and enclose your details and the reason for the return.

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for their stated period. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
